PC Repair - We can provide onsite PC Repair as we find most of our customers do not want sensitive information leaving their premises or the hassle of unplugging the PC to take it to the repair shop. Where it may not be possible to repair onsire we have data protection measures in place to make sure your data is fully secure and encrypted, and is stored securely in a locked safe while in for repair and then wiped clean.

Onsite Work - All our onsite work is priced per job so you pay one set fee regardless how long we are with you, We can provide a free quotation before you call us out. Our team of fully trained technicians are available Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and Sat-Sun 10am-6pm and are fully equipped to deal with any computer related problem. We carry an extensive range of tools and equipment on board all our vehicles so there is no need to call back.

Broadband / Internet - Wireless internet setup (Wlan/Wi-Fi), File sharing, Wired and Wireless Printer sharing, Router configuration, Wirless Gaming solutions (Xbox and PS3 setup), Remote Viewing for CCTV.

Data Recovery and Backup solutions - We do not charge extortianate amounts as most companies do, we offer simple solutions to each problem. If the source device i.e- Hard Drive is readble we use recovery software which will search each sector of the hard drive and you will be provided with a report as to what is recoverable. There is no charge if you do not want the recoverable data and a set charge per GB if you do. For Backup solutions we write our own software to do a daily backup of each folder/file you need and either install a second internal hard drive dedicated for backup or can provide external backup solutions also.
